Where can
I get Cellnique Paramedical in-salon treatments and home care products?
All Cellnique Paramedical products are strictly
available from authorized dealers (adhere known as Cellnique Exclusive Centres)
or from Cellnique.com only. These dealers have been thoroughly trained to
provide you with any information or precautions needed before usage of
Cellnique Paramedical products. We take full responsibility for the
authenticity, quality, and reliability of products sold from these authorized
dealers.
In order for you to enjoy Cellnique Paramedical
products to the fullest, and, therefore, strongly caution against purchasing
our products from unauthorized dealers or online sales portal. When you
purchase from an unauthorized dealer you run the risk of purchasing a product
that may have been altered, used, or refurbished, and this makes the product ineligible
for Cellnique’s 7 days Assurance policy. We have no formal relationship with
any of these resellers, and we will not be able to help you should you need it.
Who or what is Cellnique Paramedical?
Cellnique Paramedical is a skin care brand that
combines the effectiveness of medical and pharmaceutical grade beauty
ingredients. We offer a full range of professional in-salon and home care
products which provide its users the best problematic skin solutions.
Who
should use Cellnique Paramedical?
Cellnique Paramedical is specially formulated
for everyone with skin problems.
Why do I
see different country of origin for different products?
All Cellnique products are manufactured under
strict adherence to all applicable laws, including the Control of Drugs and
Cosmetics Regulations, which are the guidelines set under the ASEAN Cosmetic
Directive. One of the regulations stipulates that all products state their
country of origin. Thus different products will have different country of
origin. All Cellnique products are being packaged in Malaysia, Cellnique
packaging factory has been certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
Does
Cellnique test products on animals?
Developed with the environment in mind,
Cellnique does not conduct tests on animals.
What does
use-by-date label on all Cellnique Paramedical products mean?
Any
Cellnique Paramedical products available on the market provide a use-by-date
which printed at either the bottle or packaging box, before the container is
opened, for a minimum period of 24 months. You may use the products for a
period of 12 months after opening. Moreover, it is important to note that in
general, once the product is opened, its life is influenced by 2 factors:
- How the
product is stored (atmosphere conditions)
- How the
product is handled (using ordinary rules of hygiene and application as
recommended in the prospectus)
Are
ingredients in all Cellnique Paramedical products safe for use?
By law, all skin care labels must carry a full
and complete listing of the International Nomenclature for Cosmetic Ingredients
(INCI) chemical names of a product’s ingredients. The ingredient lists must be
written in descending order of weight at the time they were added. All listed
ingredients must be in compliance with the allowed, prohibited, and restricted
lists of the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. You may refer to each product full
ingredients list.
What is
Cellnique BioCELL eL?
Cellnique’s exclusive acid complex formulation
that uses AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) or BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) to accelerate
cell renewal rates, as well as combined plant extracts and vitamins to
neutralize and prevent possible irritation by the acids. Available in
Advanced Bio Renewal Serum, Advanced Bio Renewal Masque and Skin Renewal
Treatment.
Why is my
favorite product discontinued?
We are sorry if a decision has been made to
discontinue your favorite product. Please notice that such decisions are not
made impulsively. They are made in response to consumer preferences and we take
into account many other important factors such as purchasing patterns, size of
product, price etc.
Is it
safe to use Cellnique products while pregnant?
All Cellnique products are safe to use during
pregnancy. Nonetheless, we recommend you consult your physician before using
any product during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.
I heard
some users have experienced skin irritation after using Cellnique products, is
that true?
Everyone's skin and body is different. Because
of this, there is a very small chance that your skin may be allergic to the
ingredients in Cellnique products. Our ingredients are generally tolerated by
most individuals; however, there are some skin types which may be extremely
sensitive (hyper-sensitive). Some gentle exfoliation properties of the formula
may cause slight tingling in the first few applications. This tingling is very
subtle and completely normal.
How long
will it take Cellnique products to have a noticeable effect on my skin?
The length of time required to restore health
to the skin depends on the skin’s condition and the products used, as well as
lifestyle and diet. A daily routine of double cleansers, toner(s), serum(s),
booster(s), moisturizer(s), sun protection and weekly masque(s) can produce
noticeable effects within several days.
Can I use
Cellnique products with other brand of skin care products?
Each Cellnique product is specifically designed
to work together as a routine to solve your skin problem. When used as a
routine, Cellnique products work together to effectively penetrate the
formulations to different layers of the skin, revealing superior results. You
may use our products in conjunction with your current skin care routine,
however, you may not see the same results.
