Return & Refund
At Cellnique
Official Webstore (https://www.cellnique.com), we want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchases. We regret that return or refunds
cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered
upon the receiving of the items. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery
order is signed for.
Return & Refund procedures
Effort
must be made to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the items and to
specify if you would want a replacement or a money refund.
You
have to include the following details in the email: Order number, image of
damaged product (as a proof) and the reason for return & refund and notify
us via our e-Store feedback form.
Once we
have received your request for return & refund, we shall contact you within
3 business days for further instructions.
All
returned items must be shipped in its original packaging:

You
will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However,
if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of
return shipping. Refund for returned items will be made within 21 days of the return
of the product.
