a.) What is the shipping cost?
We provide FREE shipping on all orders from anywhere in the world.
b.) Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world. However, several remote or rural areas and APO/FPO addresses may not be reached. Delivery is not available for P.O.Box addresses.
c. ) When and how will I receive my shipment?
Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by DHL, arrive with 5 business days from receipt of your order. If however the order will not arrive within the 5-day period due to no-stock situation, we will then inform you of the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.
d. ) What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?
Kindly check your order tracking to make sure the shipping address was correct; or please check your local mail centre to see if they are holding it there for you.
e. ) Important notice on customs fees, duties or taxes.
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. We will also include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for Customs declaration.
f. ) What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product?
Cellnique Paramedical authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Thus we are providing a “7 Days Assurance” policy to all our Customers:-

• Shall you have any allergy after using any of the Cellnique products, you may receive exchange to another product with same or lower value.
• Shall you receive a defective or damaged product, we will send out a replacement on the same product at no cost to you.
g. ) What is the terms and conditions on the Cellnique “7 Days Assurance” policy?
The Cellnique “7 Days Assurance” policy is designed to ensure customers satisfaction of using all Cellnique products. Customers are strictly follows the procedures as listed:-

• All returns and exchanges have to make within 7 days from the receiving date;
• You are request to fill in the Request Return / Exchange Form before making your return;
• Return or exchange is strictly to skin allergy after use and receiving a defective / damaged product;
• The product must be at least 90% of the original contents remaining;
• New product replacement value must be lower or same with the return product.
h. ) How can I return or exchange the product?
Please do not return any product (s) without first receiving our return instructions by email, as your return cannot otherwise be accepted by us. All returns must send back to:-

We recommend you use DHL to ensure fast delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Make sure to include your name and email address in your returned package. All replacement product will be sent at no cost to you.
