Cellnique.com standard shipping option is DHL Express Worldwide, DHL Global Mail Services or UPS Express Shipping.

We ship to anywhere in the world. However, several APO/FPO addresses may not be reached. Delivery is not available for P.O.Box addresses.

Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by DHL or UPS, arrive within 5 business days upon order and payment confirmation. If however the order did not arrive within the 5-day period due to temporary out of stock situation, we shall notify you on the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.

For every confirmed and processed order, there is a DHL or UPS Airway Bill Tracking Code being attached in the e-mail from cellnique, click here to check your parcel status.

Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier services upon delivery. We will also include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for Customs declaration.
