How do I receive promotion updates from Cellnique.com?

By becoming our member, or submit your email at the bottom of any page within our website to receive our e-newsletter.

How do I use a promo code?

•    There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each Cellnique online promotion that you can use to redeem the promotion.
•    There may be minimum item purchase requirement. Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the cart information page during the checkout process.
•    You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping cart. You may only use one promotion code per order, per person.
•    All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while stocks last and cannot be used once expired.
•    These promotion codes are not redeemable for cash.

When is the ending date for all the online promotion?

All online promotions will run while stock lasts. Should there be an expiry date to a promotion, the date and time will be based on our regional time, GMT + 8:00 hour.

Can I get the online promotion from Cellnique Exclusive Centres?

All online promotions are available exclusively online via Cellnique.com only, unless it is stated otherwise.

What is the payment option for online shopping?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Debit Card. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

What if the item that I ordered is temporarily out of stock?

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will not be charged for that and we will notify you on the availability soonest.
