I apply Derma Whitening Essence right after I’ve applied my moisturizer. I use it 2x a day as well. I use it in the day time and night time. This product hardly smells like anything, if anything, it is very faint. It has a yellowish color to it that looks like mustard. The consistency is like a light foundation. It makes my face a bit shiny after I’ve applied it on, but doesn’t make my face feel too greasy. I love this product mainly because after using it, my acne scars have actually gotten a lot lighter. Derma Whitening Essence does not bleach skin, so skin will not become any more whitened than its original skin tone. However, continuous use of Derma Whitening Essence helps make dark spots less visible and clarifies skin overall.
