What is Cellnique 7 Days Assurance?

Cellnique authentically ensures the authencity, quality and reliability of our product lines. Thus we are providing a "7 Days Assurance" policy to all our Customers who purchased from all authorized Cellnique Exclusive Centres or from Cellnique.com:

•    Shall you not satisfied or have any allergy after using any of the Cellnique Paramedical products, you may receive refund or exchange to another product with same or lower value.
•    Shall you receive a defective or damaged product, we will send out a replacement on the same product at no cost to you.

What is the terms and conditions on the Cellnique 7 Days Assurance policy?

The Cellnique 7 Days Assurance policy is designed to ensure customers satisfaction of using all our products. Customers are strictly follows the procedures as listed:

•    Refund or exchange is only applicable for product purchased within 7 days from the receiving date
•    You are request to send us a Product Return Notice before making your return
•    New product replacement value must be lower or same with the returned product
•    Products must be purchased from a authorized Cellnique Exclusive Centre or only from Cellnique.com

How can I refund or exchange the product?

Please do not return any product (s) without first receiving our return instructions by email, as your return cannot otherwise be accepted by us. All returns must send back to:

We recommend you use DHL to ensure fast delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Make sure to include your name and email in your returned package. All replacement products will be sent at no cost to you.

Product Return Notice

Please tell us your reasons for returning/exchanging the products so that we may improve our services to meet your needs. Please email your feedback with the details below before making your return.

•    Your Full Name
•    Your Email
•    Your Sales Receipt / Order number
•    The Product Receiving Date

Please state the reason(s) for the return:

•    Product was damaged or defective when received (What was the damage?)
•    The wrong product was ordered (What was the product you intended to order?)
•    The product uses an ingredient which I object to (What was the ingredient?)
•    The product made me break out (Where was your breakout?)
•    The product triggered an allergic reaction (Which ingredient(s) are you allergic to?)
•    Others (Please specify if possible)

Product Replacement Requisition

•    Value of returned product (Product name + Price + Size)
For example: Skin Action Sebum Gel + US$51 + 30ML
•    Product replacement (Product name + Price + Size)
For example: Advanced Bio Renewal Serum + US$51 + 30ML

How and when will I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued by PayPal and should appear on your credit card / bank statement within 14 days upon approval. You shall be received an email notification on the completion of refund from Cellnique.
