Buying a Gift Voucher
Cellnique Gift Vouchers make it easy to giveaway beauty solutions – that never expire and carry no fees. Our Gift Vouchers can be used across our sites on all products, you can print your Gift Vouchers from home or send them by email, test message or physical mail.
1. How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?
- Login or Register
- Go to Highlights and select Gift Voucher. Select your desire Gift Voucher with value, complete all fields:
- Enter any amount (at least US$10) and quantity
- Click Send Gift Voucher to Friend, Your name, the recipient name and email, your personal message and click Add to Cart
- Confirm your Shopping Cart and enter any Promo Code, Reward Points, or Gift Voucher code if you have any. Gift Voucher is not entitled to receive free sample*, you may go to the Checkout and Payment process.
*If your Shopping Cart contains other products, you may continue to select and confirm your samples.
2. Can I buy a Gift Voucher for myself?
- Yes. To do so, Login or Register
- Go to Highlights and select Gift Voucher. Select your desire Gift Voucher with value, complete all fields:
- Select Send Gift Voucher to Myself
- Enter any amount (at least US$10) and quantity and click Add to Cart
- Please take note that Gift Voucher is not entitled to receive free sample.
*If your Shopping Cart consist other products, you may continue to select and confirm your samples.
3. How will the recipient receive the Gift Voucher?
- Both you (the sender) and recipient will receive the Gift Voucher via email notification which contains a 16 digits Gift Voucher code:
- You can print out this e-Gift Voucher and hand in personally to the recipient;
- Or, you can just copy the 16 digits Gift Voucher code and text message the recipient!
4. Is there any expiring date on the Gift Voucher?
Yes. All Gift Vouchers come in a expiry date of 60 days from the date of purchased.
5. How do I check my received Gift Voucher?
- Login to your account.
- Go to My Account, under Your Gift Vouchers
- You will be able to view all your received Gift Voucher code here.*If you have the 16 digit Gift Voucher code, you can also check the Gift Voucher status under Gift Voucher.
6. How do I check my purchased Gift Voucher?
- Login to your account.
- Go to My Account, under Your Order Status
- Click on the order number which you purchased the Gift Voucher.
- You will see the value of the Gift Voucher that you purchased.
*If you have the 16 digit Gift Voucher code, you can also check the Gift Voucher status under Gift Voucher.
7. How do I know the recipient actually received the Gift Voucher I sent them?
You and your recipient will receive the e-Gift Voucher email notification at the same time.
8. Are there any fees associated with the Gift Voucher?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Voucher, and we will not impose shopping or any other fees at any time.
9. Can I change the value of the Gift Voucher after I have paid for it?
Not at this time.
10. Can I send two (or more) Gift Vouchers to two (or more) different recipients who share one same email address?
Yes. The recipient will receive two different messages with each message addressed to the respective recipient.
11. Can I buy two (or more) Gift Vouchers at the same time?
Yes. You may review all the Gift Vouchers you purchased in your Shopping Cart.
12. Can I send the Gift Voucher to one recipient who has multiple email address?
No. One Gift Voucher only is allowed to send to one email address.
13. Can I use my Reward Points to redeem for a Gift Voucher?
Yes. Simply enter the Reward Points that you wish to redeem under the Shopping Cart and click Apply.
14. Is Gift Voucher entitled for Reward Points?
Yes. You will receive one point on each dollar that you spend on the Gift Voucher. For example, if you purchase a Gift Voucher valued at US$50.90, you will receive 50 Reward Points.
15. Can I purchase the Gift Voucher with other products in the same transaction?
Yes, you can.
16. Is Gift Voucher entitled for FREE sample?
No. The Gift Voucher is not entitled for free sample. However, if your Shopping Cart contains other products that is entitled for free sample, you may continue to select and confirm your samples
17. How long will it take to deliver the Gift Voucher?
Gift Voucher is a virtual email, it generally arrive within few seconds once your payment is approved!
18. Do you have an expiring date on the Gift Voucher?
We want recipient to receive your actual gift as soon as possible, thus all Gift Vouchers come in 60 days expiry from the date of purchase.
