Managing Account Activity
We make it easy to shop across our two sites: cellnique.com and blivskin.com. Your account is universal, meaning all your account activities are stored under one account.
Each time you visit our sites you should immediately login at the top right corner of every pages.
Please take note that the login information will be your email address. Our sites only accept one email address login.
All your previous and latest order information is being stored here.
- View Order: view details of your order. You are able to print out your order details once you click View Order
- Reorder: a product you ordered previously and will be added into your shopping cart
- Tracking Number : Only “shipped” orders status come with a tracking number, click on the tracking number and you will be able to trace your order location.
- Definition on “order status”:
|Payment Review||Payment being reviewed
|Processing||Your order has been confirmed and we are in the midst of processing it|
|Completed||We have delivered and shipped your order. Look for your order tracking code under Tracking # column, click on it and track your parcel|
|Pending||We have yet to process your order
|Suspected Fraud||There is a possibility that your payment is reported fraud. You will be contacted for more detailed payment information|
|Refund||You have requested for a refund on this order|

|Submission date||Date you submitted your review(s)|
|Product||Product that you reviewed. You may click on the product and go to the product page|
|Status||Status of your review|
- Approved – your review is approved and you have earned 100 Reward Points in your account. Click Reward Points Summary for more information
- Pending Approval – your review is pending for approval. Please take note that it may take up to 7 business days for approval. You may tick the notify box if you wish to receive email on your approved reviews.

Wishlist is a convenient shopping tool for keeping track your favorite products for a later purchase.
- Login to your account, click My Wishlist from the top right corner of very page.
- When you wish to replenish or ready to purchase your Wishlist, just click Add to Cart and complete the shopping process.
- To add products to your Wishlist, you will need to Login or Register a new account. Go to your favorite product and click Add to Wishlist. This will automatically add the product to your Wishlist
- You can remove a product by clicking “X” located next to the product
- If you wish to send your Wishlist to your friend’s email address, or Facebook account, or other social network, click the Share button.
You may check your Gift Voucher value or balance here.
- Enter your 16 digit Gift Voucher number, click Check Balance
You may see results of Gift Voucher Code, Balance and Expiry Date
All your received Gift Vouchers will be shown here as well:

You may check your latest Reward Points status here, for both Approved and Pending.
