When I first smelled the minty fragrance of the Seaweed Cleansing Gel, I thought, "oh no! It is mint scented" (thinking that the mint would irritate my skin). Well, I am happy to say that I thought wrong! This cleanser is just lovely to use. The mint scent is from Peppermint oil and, remarkably enough, it doesn't seem to irritate my sensitive skin. I really found that this cleanser was a joy to use. It felt silky and smooth on my skin, lathered nicely, and rinsed off easily. My skin felt extremely refreshed after use. I wasn't left with a tight, dry feeling. Instead, my skin felt very soft, smooth and very comfortable. I really like the fact that the gel contains anti-oxidants, which gives it an added anti-ageing benefit. It also felt nice and gentle on my sensitive skin.

A natural based cleanser with the highest grade of Algae, Aloe Vera and Green Tea. Easy to rinse off, there's no foam, water soluble cleanser. My face felt refreshed and energized with the minty effect of the cleanser, which I check was due to the Peppermint ingredient. Though the texture is gel like and light green in color like the seaweed, the peppermint took the stage with its minty fresh performance. The product claims to be extremely gentle and free from Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Also that it removes debris (yes), leave skin supple and soft. However, I am a bit worried about the peppermint ingredient in this cleanser as highly sensitive skin would get irritated by it. Said to be suitable for Dry, Delicate Skin, I think combination skin to oily skin would also benefit from this refreshing seaweed cleanser as it left my skin feeling tight and dry afterwards.
